The Spotted Watchman Goby is also often referred to as The Pink and Blue Spotted, Singapore Shrimp, Leptocephalus Prawn also known as Pinkspotted Shrimp Goby. The body and head are yellow-tan with pink spots, surrounded by blue spots that are smaller. It is required to have a 30 gallon or larger tank, with plenty of coral rubble, plenty of swimming space, and a bottom that is sand to allow for burrowing. It's not often aggressive with other fish, however, it can be territorial and may engage in battle with its own species except when they are a mated pair. It might attempt to jump out of the aquarium or any other openings that are small therefore, a secure lid is necessary. It is recommended that the Spotted Watchman Goby diet should comprise a range of mysis shrimp and vitamin-enriched brine shrimp table shrimp, as well as frozen foods for carnivores.
