• Requires immediate written notification within ten (10) days of discovering any defect.
• Allows CoralVue, Inc. the first opportunity to repair, replace, or correct any defective construction within a reasonable timeframe.

Exclusions: Under no circumstances shall CoralVue and/or the Manufacturer be liable for:

• Damage to any person or property resulting from the product defect.
• Special, indirect, secondary, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
