Guarantee

CoralVue, Inc. and HYDROS guarantee this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for:

• 1 Year
• The warranty activates on the date of purchase.

Standard Limited Warranty

This warranty applies and is limited as follows:

• The product must remain with the original purchaser.
• The product must not have been subject to accident, misuse, or abuse.
• The product must not have been modified, altered, defaced, or repaired by anyone other than CoralVue, Inc.

Notification of Defects

• Notify CoralVue in writing within ten days of discovering a defect.
• CoralVue must have the first opportunity to make any repairs, replacements, or corrections.

Limitations

Under no circumstances shall CoralVue and/or the Manufacturer be liable for:

• Damage to any person or property.
• Special, indirect, secondary, or consequential damages arising from product use or inability to use the product.

Conditions

• The product must be in the possession of the original purchaser.
• CoralVue must be notified promptly about any defects.
• Only CoralVue is authorized to make repairs.

CoralVue, Inc. will ensure a reasonable period for repairs, replacements, or corrections to defective construction.
