Your daily feeding goal is 4 mL of Easyroti per 1 gallon of rotifer culture. This keeps your culture dense, thriving, and harvest-ready in under a week.

Suggested Setup Checklist:

• (3) 2-liter culture flasks with gentle bubbling (5–10 bubbles per second)
• Rotifer starter culture (400–600 rotifers/mL)
• Easyroti 250 for microalgae nutrition
• 50-micron rotifer sieve
• Clean, aerated saltwater (specific gravity: 1.019–1.022)

Easy Reefs Easyroti 250 Culture Timeline: 6-Day System

Day 1 – Kickoff

• Start with 0.5 gallons of clean saltwater.
• Add 4 mL of Easyroti and your rotifer inoculum.
• Fill to 1 gallon total volume.

• Add 0.4 gallons of water with 4 mL of Easyroti.
• Target culture volume: 1.4 gallons.

Day 3

• Add 0.4 gallons more with 8 mL of Easyroti.
• Final volume: 1.8 gallons.

• Culture hits max capacity at 2 gallons.

Day 5

• Transfer 0.5 gallons to a fresh flask—this becomes your new strain culture.

• Harvest 0.5 gallons daily from your production culture.
