Livestock Policy: No order changes or cancellations after 9 AM PST the same or following day after purchase. Medium, Medium-Large, Large, or Show-Size Fish and live Goods may require added shipping cost for us to ship it out to you— we’ll contact you if needed. Live Goods Orders placed after 9 AM Thursday ship the following Monday. All Red Sea Aquariums and JBJ Tanks drop-ship in about 1-3 weeks after the date of your purchase. Some items in our online store are have weight factored into the shipping, this is limited to specific Lifegard Aquatics tanks, Aquascaping rocks, and Wood. Several other key products are configured the same for shipping as well.
