Setup & Operation:

• SET Button: Hold 5 seconds to power ON/OFF; tap to adjust target temperature

• C/F Button: Toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius

• + / - Buttons: Adjust temperature in 0.5° increments and save with <SET>

• Calibration Mode: Hold "+" and "–" together for 3 seconds to enter adjustment mode

When calibration is complete, the display automatically returns to real-time water temperature. No rocket science required.
