Two Spot Bimaculatus Blenny

The Two Spot Bimaculatus Blenny originates in the reefs around Cebu. It is a tiny blenny, with large eyes and a small mouth, giving these fish a humorous appearance. A black band is encircling the top of the body and eyes to help them blend into the surrounding. The name comes because of the prominent black spots that line their stomachs. They are known as the Two Spot Bimaculatus Blennies are an excellent addition to any fish tank, reef or aquarium, big or small. Typically found in crevices and rocks at the bottom of their habitat The Two Spot Bimaculatus Blenny requires at minimum 10 gallons and plenty of live rock to allow for eating and to hide. They should not be kept with predators that could cause them to hide. They tend to be peaceful with others and can be added to aquariums in large numbers in the same aquarium.   Diet of Two Spot Bimaculatus Blenny must comprise vegetable matter, which includes frozen and dried foods that contain blue-green and marine algae.
