Forktail Blenny, also known as the Lyretail Fang Blenny or Yellowtail Fang Blenny has caudal fins that resemble the shape of a fork. It has two spines on the exterior that are long and five smaller middle spines. The body color is light blue, which flows like watercolor and then turns blue-yellow towards the end of the tail. Males are typically bigger than females, and they experience several color shifts as they breed. The Forktail Blenny requires a minimum tank of 30 gallons, with live rock to hunt and for eating. It is best to have just one in the tank except when in a breeding pair. Forktail Blenny is considered venomous and should be treated carefully around children with access to tanks since it can detect fingers as an attack and then deliver a painful bite.   The food should comprise of crustacean flesh that has been finely chopped, mysis, vitamin-rich brine shrimp, and frozen herbivore recipes.   Approximate Size of Purchase 1-1/4" to 3"
